Does it spark joy? A free event, happening March 23 from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. at SOCO’s Room & Board showroom seeks to answer that question. The Saturday morning Lunch + Learn session will feature special guest speaker and certified KonMari Method™ expert, Tricia Fidler.
For those unfamiliar with KonMari, here’s the official definition of this popular organizing system:
The KonMari Method™ encourages tidying by category – not by location – beginning with clothes, then moving on to books, papers, komono (miscellaneous items), and, finally, sentimental items. Keep only those things that speak to the heart, and discard items that no longer spark joy. Thank them for their service – then let them go.

Attendees will enjoy brunch bites, desserts and a mimosa bar all while receiving expert organizing tips and demo lessons from Tricia, who appeared as a subject-matter expert on the popular Netflix show, “Tidying up with Marie Kondo.”
During the morning, Tricia will share her extensive knowledge to help attendees get organized and spark joy! In addition to her KonMari accolades, Tricia is also the founder of Heywood Park Collective, a client-focused consulting company that guides individuals and families through the KonMari Method.
